Deep Run High School Set for Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 9th and 16th!
We're gearing up for its annual Parent-Teacher Conferences, scheduled to take place on at Deep Run on November 9th and virtually on November 16th. This essential event allows parents and educators to connect, fostering a collaborative approach to support student achievement and well-being.
Principal Dr. Fellows stated, "Our annual conferences are a cornerstone in promoting open dialogue between educators and families. We believe that when parents and teachers come together, we can provide a comprehensive support system for our students."
This year, Deep Run High School will continue in the virtual feature to enhance the experience:
- Virtual Sessions: Recognizing the ongoing need for flexibility, the school will offer virtual conference options for parents who prefer this format or cannot attend in person.
We hope to bridge the gap between home and school, and ensure a collaborative approach to student success.
Sign-Up Site is now LIVE!
Deep Run's Parent-Teacher Conference sign-up site is live and ready for families to use. The Thursday, November 9 (4:30-7:30p) sessions are in-person at Deep Run. The Thursday, November 16 (5-8p) sessions are virtual (using Microsoft Teams). Each session lasts 10 minutes. The sign-up will 'close' at the end of the day before the conferences (Wed, Nov 8 and Wed, Nov 15). Directions for signing up with PTCFast and reserving conference times can be found by CLICKING HERE.
