Hi Wildcats! I’m Mr. Chris Clement, and I’m excited to begin my first year as Associate Principal at Deep Run High School. I bring 18 years of experience in education, including time as both a teacher and administrator at Glen Allen. I’m passionate about instructional leadership, building strong relationships, and helping both students and staff grow.
I began my teaching career at Moody Middle and earned my degrees from VCU (Go Rams!). My wife Cali and I live in Midlothian with our two sons, CJ and Adam. I’m proud to join the Deep Run community and can’t wait to connect with everyone and continue the tradition of excellence at DRHS!

Hi! My name is Sayantani Das, and I’m excited to be joining the team at Deep Run High School! I’ll be teaching Accounting I Honors, Microsoft IT Academy, and Business Law/Business Management courses, and I can’t wait to share my passion for learning with my students. I’m originally from India, and I’ve always loved being part of a school community that values growth, creativity, and connection.
What excites me most about being at Deep Run is the strong sense of community and the opportunity to help students reach their full potential. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling, trying new recipes, reading, and watching movies. For me, the best part of being a teacher is building meaningful relationships with students and seeing their confidence grow over time.
